Submit a software request via the Oxygen X IT Helpdesk. Our team reviews and approves installations based on compliance and security policies.

How can I report a security incident?

Immediately notify the IT or Information security team through their dedicated mailbox. Provide detailed information to help us respond quickly.

What are the IT support hours?

Our IT support team is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Emergency support is also available for critical issues.
